T.O.S. - TERMS OF SERVICE
In the act of commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service below.
The statements below are subject to change during discussion prior to the commission.
BASIC TERMS
• Please describe your theme and what you’d like to be implemented. Please be clear, concise, and as descriptive as possible to avoid miscommunication.• Provide your references neatly stored in a Google Drive. Please include character references, examples of other overlays you'd like to draw inpiration from, and possible color pallets. Remember to turn on "Anyone with a link can view."• Any ill mannered behavior will never be tolerated and your commission is subject to termination.• I reserve the right to decline your commission as I see fit.• Acknowledge that there may be up to 9 other commissions ahead of you.• The process of working on your commission can be livestreamed unless discussed otherwise.
PAYMENT
• All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.• A PayPal invoice will be sent to you and will be paid in USD.• Any and all rush orders will be an additional +$5 fee.• To maintain copyright will be an additional +$5 fee.• To include the PSD files will be an additional +$5 fee.
COMMISSION PROCESS
• I will let you know when I start on your order and will provide updates as I go.• Please respond to any updates in an orderly fashion to help me maintain workflow.• To prove to me that you’ve actually read everything so far, message me the phrase “bicycle wedding.”• The time it takes me to complete your commission can take anywheree from 7 days to a month with factors such as, but not limited to, the order of commissions, my health, family/personal related issues, and complexity. If anything occurs that will hinder me from working on your commission, you will be notified.• I DO NOT work during the weekends as it is the only time I can spend time with my roommate.
CANCEL/REFUND POLICY
• I maintain the right to cancel/refund your commission at any point before the delivery of the final product.• You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after the full product has been delivered to you.• If the money has not been sent, the commissioner may cancel without any consequences.• If you are to file a chargeback against me, the rights to any of the work made for you will be retracted and I have the rights to resell your commission.
COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
• As the artist, I own all rights to the products I produce meaning that I reserve the right to use your product as an example in my portfolio/website and post anywhere to promote my services unless requested not to by the commissioner.• You as the commissioner can use the copyrighted work for any personal use unless discussed or agreed upon otherwise and use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.• Copyrights can be given to the commissioner if they pay the additional fee.• Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited in any shape or form.
Examples of Copyright Infringement:
• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
• Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
• Altering the artwork without my consent.

CROOKIE'S PROMISE TO YOU
I will work on your commission to the best of my ability in order to deliver a product you are completely happy with. After the final product has been delivered, only small changes to the product are permitted i.e. coloring, sizing, or line work mistakes.
